Fox News host Sean Hannity torched the Democrat Party, saying it has declared war on President Trump and the American people with its feckless impeachment stunt.
Hannity said the impeachment inquiry is nothing more than hollow political theater that’s a naked power grab to undo the results of the 2016 presidential election. He said this is open warfare on the U.S. voting process and therefore, on the American people.
“The Democratic Party [is] way out of control,” Hannity said. “They’ve declared war on the president of the United States — driven by a blind, unyielding, psychotic rage for President Trump. Democrats and their collaborators in the [media] mob will do anything to smear, slander, besmirch President Trump and anybody who likes the president.”

Hannity continued: “That means they’re attacking you — the American people. Make no mistake. All these holier-than-thou dirtbags wanted President Trump impeached from the very moment he was sworn in. They haven’t come up with any reason because he didn’t do anything wrong. There were no high crimes, bribery, misdemeanors, no conspiracy, no obstruction of justice, no cover-up at all.”
Hannity added: “Tonight, nothing has changed. Ukrainian story. You know what? The only person that was there shaking down Ukraine for anything was sleepy, creepy crazy Joe. But first, let’s be very clear about one thing — Donald Trump is not going to be removed from office.”

Hannity said the Democrats’ “impeachment inquiry” is a pathetic political stunt by deranged leftists who still cannot accept that Trump won the 2016 election.
“This is a psychosis. They can’t escape the reality!” Hannity said. “They lost in 2016. If they keep this up, they’ll lose badly in 2020. This is a party that does not care about truth. There’s no objective truth in their world. Facts, justice, fairness, none of that matters. Their only concern is a blood lust for President Trump and anybody who supports the president. They have declared war.”
Sean Hannity also blasted Democratic Congressman Adam Schiff, the chair of the House Intelligence Committee, who did a dramatic interpretative reading of the July phone call between Trump and Ukraine’s president.
“President Trump is now calling for Schiff to resign. He tweeted, ‘Adam Schiff totally made up my conversation with the Ukraine president and read it to Congress and millions [of Americans on TV]. He must resign. He must be investigated. He’s been doing it for two years. He’s a sick man!’
As per usual, Schiff has no regrets for purposefully trying to mislead the American public. He could have read it the way the transcript happened. No, he needed to embellish it, because there’s nothing in the real transcript.”
Hannity said this impeachment stunt is reminiscent of the Russia collusion hoax, which the Democratic Party and their leftist media minions breathlessly screeched about for three years — until it failed in epic fashion.
When all is said and done, Hannity says Trump will not be removed from office, so the Left can keep crying in their corner. Meanwhile, even virulent Trump-haters like comedian Bill Maher say they oppose impeachment.
Maher previously supported impeaching Trump but now opposes it. Why? Because he realizes it won’t accomplish anything except divide the country and waste everyone’s time (and taxpayer money).
“If we do this, the country is going to be paralyzed,” Maher warned. “It’s going to be paralyzed for a very long time, and all of the oxygen in the room will be taken by this.”
