The freshman class of radical left Democrats is truly something to behold, as they embody controversy and chaos, just as quick to turn on their own party as they are the opposing party.
Speaker Nancy Pelosi is in a precarious position, walking a fine line in an effort to give the malcontents in her party space to destroy while trying to keep them from blowing the place up — figuratively speaking.
Not that Rep. Rashida Tlaib, D-Mich., appreciates the effort, as she responded to the latest controversy involving fellow Muslim Rep. Ilhan Omar, D-Minn., by going after party leadership for not being supportive of the latest dumpster fire they’ve created.
“They put us in photos when they want to show our party is diverse. However, when we ask to be at the table, or speak up about issues that impact who we are, what we fight for & why we ran in the first place, we are ignored,” Tlaib tweeted. “To truly honor our diversity is to never silence us.”

This from Tlaib, who called the president of the United States a “motherf–cker” her first week in office.
Tlaib, a Palestinian-American, and Omar, a refugee from Somali, are the first Muslim women to be elected to Congress and, along with proud socialist Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez, D-N.Y., fall headlong into one public relations disaster after another.
Omar being out front currently with her remarks disparaging the memory of 9/11 by describing the terrorist attack at the hands of Islamic terrorists as just “something.” It didn’t help her cause when a video surfaced of her mocking Americans for being apprehensive about al Qaeda.
President Trump responded by essentially pouring gasoline on a raging fire when he posted a video of Omar’s remark, following by a tribute to 9/11.
Pelosi denounced the president, but she included a back-handed slight of Omar in the process.
“The memory of 9/11 is sacred ground, and any discussion of it must be done with reverence,” she tweeted. “The President shouldn’t use the painful images of 9/11 for a political attack.”

And just as quick as these radical progressives are to tear at the fabric of America, so too are they quick to cry victim when called out for it. This was seen when Pelosi saw fit to censure Omar for her repeated anti-Semitic remarks — albeit in a watered down resolution after Omar’s progressive colleague came to her defense.
The same cabal vigorously defending her insulting words about 9/11.
Far from apologizing, Omar is doubling down as she compared her words to that of President George W. Bush the day after 9/11, made while standing on the rubble that was the World Trade Center Twin Towers.
“The people — and the people who knocked these buildings down will hear all of us soon!” President George W. Bush
Was Bush downplaying the terrorist attack?
What if he was a Muslim 🤔 https://t.co/XMazssoD49

She also played the victim, as seen in a tweet posted saying she “did not run to be silent,” which Tlaib would retweet.
“I did not run for Congress to be silent. I did not run for Congress to sit on the sidelines. I ran because I believed it was time to restore moral clarity and courage to Congress. To fight and to defend our democracy.”

Considering how much damage this ilk is doing to the Democratic Party, no one wants them to be silent. Far from it, as noted by conservative firebrand Michelle Malkin.
“Nobody wants you to be ‘silent,’ silly clod,” she tweeted. “Please continue to flap your gums incessantly and expose yourself and your feckless 9/11-belittling, jihad-coddling, America Last Democrat party leaders. If you need a megaphone, I’ll buy you one.”

The problem with today’s Democratic Party is that they complain about being silenced when they are actually upset about being called out for their subversion. In truth, they want to silence their critics by attacking them as oppressors.
And attacking Pelosi and Co. is becoming routine, with Ocasio-Cortez going so far as to urge followers not to donate to the Democratic Congressional Campaign Committee because she was unhappy with a new rule about challenging Democratic incumbents.
She gained her current platform to espouse her failed socialist ideology by defeating then-incumbent Rep. Joe Crowley, the fourth ranked Democrat at the time.
Ocasio-Cortez came to Omar’s defense… by using a quote from the Holocaust to slam Trump for standing up for victims of 9/11.
Members of Congress have a duty to respond to the President’s explicit attack today.@IlhanMN’s life is in danger. For our colleagues to be silent is to be complicit in the outright, dangerous targeting of a member of Congress.
We must speak out.

The trouble for the outspoken left is that there is always a tweet to counter a tweet, as seen from conservative pundit Dana Loesch, who reminds Omar that she called over 5 million NRA members “the true enemy.”
“Is calling millions of law-abiding Americans, moms and dads, grandparents, young adults “the true enemy” endangering our lives, Rep. Omar?”
Is calling millions of law-abiding Americans, moms and dads, grandparents, young adults “the true enemy” endangering our lives, Rep. Omar? This is how you refer to us? What laws have we broken? Why do you call us “enemy?” https://t.co/p62gMLPHsf
