Thanks to a ruling Wednesday by a federal judge appointed to his post nine years ago by President Barack Hussein Obama, disgraced former Broward County supervisor of elections Brenda Snipes may soon be back at her job muddling up more elections.
U.S. District Judge Mark Walker specifically ruled that newly inaugurated Gov. Ron DeSantis must offer Snipes a “meaningful opportunity to be heard” regarding her suspension. Late last year then-Gov. Rick Scott suspended her for “multiple violations of Florida law, incompetence and neglect of duty.”
He announced the suspension roughly two weeks after she submitted her resignation. Had she been allowed to voluntarily step down in January as she’d initially planned, Snipes would have benefited from a $71,000/year pension as per her stint as the Broward County elections supervisor.
In response to being terminated, Snipes rescinded her resignation and filed suit against Scott and the GOP-controlled Florida Senate on the basis that her due process rights had been violated.
“Governor Scott and others working on his behalf tried in every way to damage Snipes’ reputation and inject doubt into the minds of Broward voters that the Broward County elections process was being conducted properly,” the lawsuit reportedly read.
“Snipes seeks to fight for her reputation and stand up against the embarrassment that has been caused by Governor Scott’s unnecessary and malicious suspension.”
In his ruling Wednesday, Judge Walker appeared to agree with her dubious claims.
“Rather than accept the resignation quietly and avoid trampling on Snipes’ due process rights, Scott suspended Snipes and vilified her without giving her a meaningful opportunity to be heard,” he wrote, according to the Sun-Sentinel. “Flagrantly disregarding Plaintiff’s constitutional rights fits into an unfortunate rhythm for Scott.”
Some could argue that flagrantly disregarding the facts fits into an “unfortunate rhythm” for nearly every single judge who has ever been appointed to his or her post by a Democrat president.
The facts show that everything Scott claimed about Snipes was true.

Early last year a judge ruled that Snipes, a Democrat, had violated state and federal laws by illegally destroying ballots for the 2016 congressional primary race between her leftist ally, Debbie Wasserman Schultz, and Tim Canova, who ran as an Independent.
Later last year in August, a judge again ruled against Snipes after the Florida GOP reportedly filed a suit against her claiming her office “was opening ballots in private, preventing people from challenging if they were properly cast,” according to Fox News.
“And then in 2016, Broward County violated the law when it posted early voting results online before polls even closed,” the outlet added.
And then there were her latest antics, all of which occurred after the midterm elections last November. They included allowing private trucks to transport ballots in the dead of night, “accidentally” mixing bad ballots with good ones, refusing to comply with court orders and taking an absurd amount of time to accomplish a task that every other elections supervisor had already managed to complete.
It’s this same woman whom Walker — a decidedly left-wing judge who last year ordered Florida to start doling out ballots in Spanish — seems to believe deserves a chance to be heard.
Scott, who was sworn in Tuesday as a Florida senator, was not pleased. A spokesman for his office reportedly derided Walker as a “liberal judge” and said that the senator “stands by his decision.”
“Supervisor Snipes violated state law and turned Broward County’s elections operation into a laughing stock. She failed to fulfill her duties, and for that she was suspended and should stay suspended,” spokesman Chris Hartline said.
The senator wasn’t the only one upset by Walker’s ruling. So were Twitter users.
The left and its ugly agenda of hate and divisiveness has infested the courts and destroyed any notion of equal justice under the law. Activist liberal judge rules that Brenda Snipes’ constitutional rights violated when she was suspended.https://t.co/rAJoF9hth4

JUST IN: Obama-Appointed Judge Rules Rick Scott Violated Brenda Snipes’ Constitutional Rights With Suspension.
The damage Obama did to our country will take decades to fix.
Every judge he appointed is a radical Communist leftist who could care less about the constitution.

Did you think any BHO appointed judge would be lawful for one second?https://t.co/qAXC0xTLMO

An Obama appointed Judge just ruled in favor of Brenda Snipes! I hope Ron reviews that case ASAP!

If Brenda Snipes is reinstated Broward Elections Supervisor instead of arrested for tampering with evidence & willfully destroying ballots (felonies!), can we please stop pretending to have any semblance of a democracy, the rule of law, or real elections? https://t.co/TSfUxq85d0

The only bit of good news for those who believe in the rule of law is that Walker at least rejected a demand made by Snipes earlier in the week that she be immediately reinstated.
