CNN’s Don Lemon, who laughed when Kanye West was called a “token negro of the Trump administration,” is coming unraveled in the response to the popular rapper’s Oval Office meeting with President Donald Trump.
Feigning outrage, Lemon went off on West in a racist rampage in furtherance of the left’s campaign of personal destruction against the pro-Trump rapper, as they try to ostracize him from the black community — but the CNN anchor took it too far when he brought in West’s dead mother.
Lemon was so unhinged in his attack of Kanye West that he played the “step and fetch” card.
“What I saw was a minstrel show today,” he said. “Him in front of all these white people, mostly white people, embarrassing himself and embarrassing Americans, but mostly African-Americans because every one of them is sitting either at home or with their phones, watching this, cringing. I couldn’t even watch it. I had to turn the television off because it was so hard to watch.”
He said West was “being used by the president of the United States, and denigrated him as someone with mental health issues, saying West was “someone who needs help.”
(West was hospitalized in Nov. 2016 during a tour for mental exhaustion.)
“This was an embarrassment,” Lemon added. “Kanye’s mother is rolling over in her grave.”
Not that Kanye’s fans weren’t expecting the line of attack of questioning his mental health, as seen in the tweet below from an account bearing the rapper’s name.
“They will tell you to speak your mind, to be original, and when you do it, they call you crazy,” read the tweet.

The campaign against West playing out on CNN is an indication of how devastating it would be for Democrats to experience a full scale exit among African Americans — and given the hypersensitive state of race relations today, the attack must be carried out by black liberals.
An endeavor summed up best by 2012 Republican presidential candidate Herman Cain.
“Hey black people, don’t you know you’re not allowed to have an opinion that hasn’t been sanctioned by the Democrat party!? Dare to think for yourself and CNN will rip you to shreds….
#walkaway,” he tweeted,

But Fox News’ Greg Gutfeld may have hit closer to home to what’s really going on here and why Lemon is coming unglued.
“Lemon has no impact on anything. Kanye does. And it’s breaking Lemon. And scaring him, too,” he tweeted.

Ironically, conservative pundit Candace Owens suggested Lemon, who she said was in a “sunken place,” was the one bowing to his “liberal masters.”
“WOW. Utterly despicable & racist network
@CNN is using Kanye’s dead mother as a means to try to draw blood. @donlemon you are TRULY in the sunken place. Using a dead woman to attack a free black man for refusing to bow to your liberal masters is shameless, crass, & soulless,” she tweeted.

Here’s a sampling of other responses from Twitter, all of which suggests one certainty: “Kanye broke Don Lemon.”

So in the last couple days @donlemon has:
-hosted Stormy Daniels to talk about Trump's dick.
-broken down in laughter at guest calling Kanye a dumb and "token negro"
Now he's using Kanye's dead mother for a political attack
What in the hell has happened to this guy? What a jerk https://t.co/UxylsXEZrA

“Kanye’s mother is rolling over in her grave” – Don Lemon of CNN.
This is one of the most disgusting comments I have EVER heard. Because Kanye supports President Trump, Don Lemon uses Kanye West’s deceased mother to attack him. DISGUSTING, @CNN! https://t.co/jBfk25RYq1

Legendary NFL player Herschel Walker called for Lemon to be fired over his racist comments.
Went to bed appalled over @donlemon despicable behavior laughing at @TaraSetmayer and @Bakari_Sellers awful remarks about Kanye West’s visit with @realDonaldTrump!! Woke up wondering why @CNN doesn’t take all three off the air?#SHAMEFUL #CNN https://t.co/MwGWIfh8so

Sprinkled in West's ramblings were flashes of truth, real insights into the way the world actually is, not the way they tell us it is. Nobody else is allowed to talk like this. West doesn't care. Making him dangerous to a system based almost entirely on piety and lying. #Tucker

"Kanye's mother is rolling over in her grave" because of his White House visit, insists CNN's @DonLemon. Only a morally bankrupt 'news' network would employ someone so despicable. Wow. Shameful. pic.twitter.com/lHclDzS0uY

As someone whose mom died early, this really pisses me off. Saying Kanye’s late mom is “rolling over in her grave,” is about as low as you can possibly go when trying to hurt someone. I don’t understand what CNN is doing. https://t.co/T2lNLI07jK

Whatever you think of Kanye, he is not an idiot. Way more successful than Don Lemon or any of the people who have been criticizing his intelligence over the past couple of days.
