Democratic Congressional candidate Steven Lamar Foster railed against residents of his own Georgia county and made racial statements involving Hispanics and “damn Arabs” during his DUI arrest.
Foster was convicted of drunk driving last week, but the police dashcam video of his September 2017 arrest just surfaced.
In the video and audio tapes, Foster trashes cops but says, “It’s all right, they can’t help it,” the Daily Citizen reported. He added, “They’re not going to arrest no Hispanics. They are not going to arrest somebody that is a damn Arab.”
Foster was pulled over while allegedly driving drunk in September 2017 after police noticed his vehicle did not have its headlights on at 2:20 a.m. His blood alcohol level was well above the legal limit.
In the police car ride following his arrest, Steven Foster made a series of bizarre drunken statements, including those where he slams the county he hopes to represent in Congress.
Foster confesses that he was glad when white constituents in his county got laid off, just like he had prayed.
“Eleven years I served this county. I hate this county. I prayed to God that he would curse it. And guess what? He did. Man, I saw it hit and cursed, and I saw people laid off right and left — white people. I hate this county.”
At another point, Foster blasts Hillary Clinton’s brother, saying, “Hillary Clinton’s brother Hugh is the biggest, basic political whore in this country.”
Foster has a troubled, erratic past. He was a physician whose medical license was suspended in 2002. He is in jail right now, and will be sentenced on August 14.
Steven Lamar Foster is running against Republican incumbent Tom Graves for Georgia’s 14th Congressional District seat. Do Georgia residents really want a convicted drunk driver who hates his own constituents to represent them?
And check out this highlight reel of socialist Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez, who’s being hailed as “the future of the Democratic Party.”
Meanwhile, Congressman Keith Ellison, the co-chair of the DNC, has just been accused of assaulting and harassing his ex-girlfriend Karen Monahan.
As BizPac Review previously reported, Monahan’s adult son says he has video and text messages chronicling Ellison’s domestic violence.
