Rudy Giuliani called on Robert Mueller to “stop the nonsense” and end his investigation while hinting that the special counsel “is going to have a lot to answer for.”
The former New York City Mayor and Trump attorney dropped the bombshell about the “real story” behind Mueller’s probe during an appearance on Fox News’ “Hannity” on Wednesday.
Discussing what President Trump has repeatedly called a “witch hunt” by Mueller into alleged Russian meddling in the 2016 election, Giuliani told host Sean Hannity that the special counsel has no need to ask any questions about alleged obstruction of justice since he already “has all the answers.”
“Stop the nonsense! You are trying to trap him in perjury because you don’t have a case!” Giuliani said directing his remarks to Mueller.
“I wouldn’t give him a thing!” Hannity interjected. “You don’t owe him a thing, and if he wants a fight then there’s going to be a fight.”
Watch the whole thing, but in particular from 1.25 in this extract.
MUELLER is now directly implicated in the DOJ/FBI criminality.
No more playing for laughs by ‘Rudy’. You can see that Giuliani is DEADLY SERIOUS about what’s coming. Buckle up ? https://t.co/X7LUigbbrr

Giuliani then hinted that there was a real bombshell coming.
“The real story here is not that this case isn’t going to fizzle, it’s going to BLOW UP on them,” Giuliani responded.
“The real question is what we talked about before. There’s a lot more to what they did that nobody knows about yet,” he continued. “A lot more to the obstruction of justice, to the collusion, to the fake dossier.”
“Oh, I know, a lot,” Hannity agreed.
“To try to bring Steele back in after he was completely discredited,” Giuliani went on. “And Mueller is going to have a lot to answer for. I said a long time ago the investigation here has to be on the investigators. Because we can’t let this happen again in America.”
Trump’s attorney reiterated again later that as time passes, it will become more evident that Mueller and his team are the ones who will need to be investigated, leading to “very strict, very big reforms, just like Watergate.”
“I believe that when this plays out over the next year or two, it’s not going to be about President Trump,” he said. “It’s going to be about all the things they did.”
