President Trump dropped some major news on Americans during an already busy and historic day.
Trump was in Singapore to discuss peace with North Korean leader Kim Jong Un when he sent out a tweet stating National Economic Council Director Larry Kudlow suffered a heart attack on Monday.
Our Great Larry Kudlow, who has been working so hard on trade and the economy, has just suffered a heart attack. He is now in Walter Reed Medical Center.

The President said that Kudlow was being treated a the Walter Reed Medical Center, and acknowledged his “hard work” on trade at the recent G7 summit.
Kudlow reportedly suffered a minor heart attack and was expected to make a quick and full recovery.

Kudlow is up and talking tonight and spoke by phone with Dr. Art Laffer, per two people close to him.

Kudlow had just finished the G7 summit where U.S. and foreign leaders clashed over trade deals. He ruffled liberal feathers after accusing Canadian Prime Minister Justin Trudeau of ‘stabbing America in the back.”
President Trump’s chief economic adviser Larry Kudlow accuses Canadian Prime Minister Justin Trudeau of undermining the US and its allies with comments he made at the G7 summit: “He really kind of stabbed us in the back” https://t.co/a4EN9qhTZD pic.twitter.com/gUlb3VrOeI

Calling out a foreign leader for behaving badly is a big ‘no-no’ in the liberal realm, and many wished Kudlow’s heart attack was more serious.
S.E. Cupp, who is no huge Trump fan, was able to put her feelings for the administration aside and asked why others couldn’t do the same:
From the looks of my timeline we AGAIN have to suffer through the gross indignity of people cheering on a family’s suffering, this time Kudlow’s heart attack. Can you assholes not separate the political from the personal? Ever??

Sadly, it doesn’t seem that they can.
