President Donald Trump will host a Ramadan dinner at The White House Wednesday to recognize the Muslim holy month, according to a Saturday report.

This will be the first time Trump will host the holiday dinner after he faced scrutiny for not hosting the traditional presidential dinner in 2017, Politico reported. The iftar dinner is a celebration for the end of Ramadan and is usually held during sunset at the end of the holy month.

“Ramadan reminds us of the richness Muslims add to the religious tapestry of American life. In the United States, we are all blessed to live under a Constitution that fosters religious liberty and respects religious practice,” Trump said in a May statementreleased by the White House. “Our Constitution ensures Muslims can observe Ramadan in accordance with the dictates of conscience and unimpeded by government. By doing so, the Constitution also furnishes varied opportunities for all Americans to deepen their understanding of the human soul.”

The White House had not yet released a list of attendees for Wednesday’s dinner, but it is usually attended by well known members of the Muslim community, diplomats and members of Congress.
