A sheriff deputy’s wife was arrested Friday night following accusations she performed oral sex on a 14-year-old student.
Dori Myers, 29, a Bronx public school teacher, faces charges of criminal sexual act in the second degree and endangering the welfare of a child, the New York Post reported.
The alleged incident took place on November 1, after the boy, who is believed to be Myers’ student at The New School for Leadership and the Arts in Kingsbridge, told a classmate, who alerted a school administrator, according to The Post.
The article referenced several photos Myers shared on social media that showed her wearing tops emblazoned with messages seen as inappropriate for a teacher, but did not detail any evidence other than the student’s word of mouth.
The paper noted that a fellow teacher witnessed Myers, whose husband is a Rockland County sheriff’s deputy, massaging the boy.
The photos Myers shared online were later deleted. One featured the teacher holding a bottle of bubbly, while weating a dark blue, low cut tank top that read “Champagne All Day.”

Passing on tank tops, a stone-face Myers wore a red Marist College sweatshirt when appearing in court to face the charges, The Post reported.
Andrew Stoll, her lawyer, pointed to what amounts to hearsay to insist that his client is innocent.
“It just takes one person’s accusation to make an arrest in this town and she’s a model citizen who looks forward to clearing her name,” Stoll told The Post.
