In another stunning display of Democrats’ hypocrisy, Rep. Maxine Waters told Attorney General Jeff Sessions that he needed to “go back to the plantation.”
It’s not hard to imagine the uproar if anyone had told Auntie Maxine the same thing.
The California Democrat blasted Sessions in a tweet Friday, referring to his testimony during a June Senate hearing about alleged Russian meddling in the 2016 U.S. election. Sessions had maintained that he did not recall any Trump campaign members being in contact with Russian officials.
Sessions doesn’t remember what he said, when he said it, & where he was when he said it. Don’t blame him. Time to go back to the plantation.

But unsealed court documents this week appeared to dispute Sessions’ claim, prompting Senate Democrats to call for his return to testify before the Judiciary Committee.

Trump campaign adviser George Papadopoulos had allegedly offered to arrange a meeting with then-candidate Trump and Russian officials at a March 2016 meeting. Sessions was apparently at the meeting but denied knowing about any proposed meetings.
Papadopoulos, special Counsel Robert Mueller revealed this week, had pleaded guilty to lying to the FBI about his Russian contacts.
Waters joined her Democrat colleagues in blasting Sessions in the wake of the reports, though she has unleashed on him before. In September, Waters asked Sessions how it felt to be “humiliated” by Trump because of his recusal in the Russia investigation.
To Jeff Sessions, how does it feel to be dragged & humiliated? Now you know how the African Americans you disrespected feel

Her latest race-baiting rhetoric is more proof of the lack of substance in the Democratic Party as members continue to resort to name-calling and cheap shots in the absence of actual ideas.
Twitter users promptly called Waters out.
