Wasserman Schultz really should have restrained herself on the Mueller probe

“Hypocrisy, thy name is Debbie Wasserman Schultz.”

Florida Congresswoman Debbie Wasserman Schultz had the audacity to weigh in on the investigation by special counsel Robert Mueller to lecture us on what’s important “for our democracy.”

This from the former chair of the Democratic National Committee, who oversaw the rigging of the 2016 Democratic presidential primary in favor of Hillary Clinton.

“The federal investigation led by Robert Mueller is incredibly important for our democracy and our nation,” the Democratic lawmaker tweeted.

Never mind that the DNC and Clinton’s campaign were exposed for helping fund the infamous Russian dossier on Trump, Wasserman Schultz went on to suggest that the president may interfere with the Mueller probe.

Of course, Wasserman Schultz’s reaction to the bombshell report was completely predictable — she pleaded ignorance, with her spokesman insisting that she was “not aware of anything.”

In the end, Wasserman Schultz commenting on what is good for our democracy — see constitutional republic — was probably not a good idea.
