An Armenian eatery in Taylor, Michigan, finds itself going up against the profanely wealthy Kardashian empire over its name.

The Kardashian Bakery and Grill filed paperwork to trademark its logo, which includes the eatery’s name.

But Kim, Khloé, and Kourtney Kardashian have made clear their intention to oppose the trademark filing, according Page Six.

Sandra Kardachian and her husband, Hratch Kardachian, opened the restaurant that serves Armenian pizzas, breads and pita sandwiches in March.

“Well, it’s my last name,” she told Page Six. “So, I do have the right to trademark my business name.”

Kardachian explained the spelling of her name as a clerical error years ago.

“Legally [it’s with] a ‘c,’ but traditionally it’s with an ‘s.’ I didn’t want to change my paperwork through Social Security and stuff when I married my husband,” she said. “But he never changed it on his end. It’s supposed to be with an ‘s.’”

Adding to the drama, a Kardashian trademark in its own right, the restaurant owner claimed they are related to the world famous Kardashian klan.

“Technically my husband is related to them,” she said. “I don’t think they’re aware of this … My husband’s father is related to their grandpa.”

It’s not like the they were trying to pull a fast one, tagging Khloe Kardashing on Twitter last year, inviting her to the grand opening.

“Hey come join us on our grand opening Kardashian Bakery and Grill my father was related to your dad. God Bless,” the tweet read.

Kardachian said she hopes they can work out their differences.

“I would talk to them,” she told the celebrity news and gossip site. “They’re still family at the end of the day.”
