Fox News anchor Sean Hannity slammed thugs who made death threats against his colleague Eboni K. Williams after she trashed President Trump.
“Eboni K. Williams is a dear friend!” Hannity tweeted. “This is a national disgrace that people cannot accept differences. Haters back off! All of FNC supports her!”
Williams responded by thanking Hannity on Twitter, writing: “From my 1st days at Fox News, you’ve been an invaluable mentor & broadcast standard bearer. Thank u friend & fellow Christian for brave support.”
That said, Hannity gets death threats all the time, and you never hear him whining about it.

Williams said she received the death threats after she blasted Trump’s response to the Charlottesville violence between white supremacists and alt-left antifa.

Trump — who has repeatedly condemned white supremacists, neo-Nazis, the alt-right, and all racism and violence — was criticized for blaming the violent clash on both the radical left and right.
Williams and other liberals felt the president was too soft on white supremacists. In a segment on the Fox News Specialists, Eboni said this is because Trump is afraid to alienate his racist white supporters.
Williams said some white Trump supporters are angry because of “their perceived depreciation of the intrinsic value of whiteness in this country.”
She added: “So while you personally may not be a racist, President Trump, what you are is all too happy to reap the benefits of their support. And you tacitly encourage them with evasive, irresponsible statements.”
Williams — who voted for Barack Obama — conceded that Obama failed to address the racial divide in the United States, but Trump should step up since he’s president now.
“Obama had a lot of missed opportunities to effectively lead a national dialogue around race in America, and his legacy will carry those shortcomings,” she said. “But he’s no longer in the Oval.”
Fox News contributor Deneen Borelli — a black Trump supporter who writes for the Conservative Review — said she gets death threats all the time from liberals, but the media doesn’t care because she’s a conservative. Her husband Tom confirmed her claims:
Totally unacceptable & not unique @EboniKWilliams – @deneenborelli gets threats 2 but doesn't get national story because she is conservative https://t.co/kmJ1gyoJgg

First off, let’s be clear: The thugs making death threats against Williams or anyone else are criminals who should be prosecuted.
No one should embrace the leftist playbook of trying to shut down speech they disagree with.

That said, there are many people who would dispute Eboni Williams’ contention that whites are not being marginalized today.
Dr. Carol Swain, an attorney and professor at Vanderbilt University, said the white nationalism movement took off — long before Trump took office — because whites were being marginalized and disenfranchised after decades of affirmative action and other government programs designed to benefit minorities.

Adding to the disgruntlement is the constant browbeating by academia and the media — which are 97% liberal — calling ALL white people racist and claiming they have no right to complain about anything because they have “white privilege.” Look around you: There are plenty of poor, underprivileged whites.

Williams and other liberals conveniently forget that “racist” Trump has many black and other minority supporters who are among his most outspoken loyalists:
