CNN’s bad week just got worse thanks to this dreaded trending hashtag

When it rains, it pours…

CNN was already having a rough go at it this week, with three veteran journalists resigning after the network retracted a story on Russian ties to Trump.

Then a James O’Keefe Project Veritas video was released showing a CNN producer admitting on camera that the whole Trump-Russia narrative “was mostly bullsh*t.”

The network also threw out any pretense of impartiality to engage in a petty battle of wits with President Donald Trump on Twitter.

But when CNN found itself up against the dreaded “trending hashtag,” well… you can be sure they’re having a bad week.
