University of Delaware adjunct professor Katherine Dettwyler said Otto Warmbier, who died earlier this week after being released by North Korea, “got exactly what he deserved.”
…because he is a white male.
“Otto is typical of the mindset of a lot of the young, white, rich, [clueless] males who come into my classes,” Dettwyler said in a Facebook post that has since been deleted, according to The Philadelphia Inquirer.

Spewing left-wing hate that’s now the norm in post-Obama America, the despicable professor equated Warmbier’s alleged offense of stealing a propaganda poster to rape while using the tragedy to attack white males.
But Dettwyler’s vile remarks didn’t stop there as she attacked the grieving parents of the 22-year-old college student, saying his death is their fault.
“These are the same kids who cry about their grades because they didn’t think they’d really have to read and study the material to get a good grade,” she wrote. “His parents ultimately are to blame for his growing up thinking he could get away with whatever he wanted. Maybe in the US, where young, white, rich, clueless white males routinely get away with raping women. Not so much in North Korea.”

Not surprisingly, the anthropology department professor was described by students as “very opinionated” and “obnoxious,” according to RateMyProfessors.com. Someone who “hates America.” One student called Dettwyler “one of the rudest people I’ve ever had the displeasure of meeting, saying “she is insufferable. I’ve never experienced a professor who’s as self-important.”
The University of Delaware stands by Dettwyler, but released the following statement to provide cover, taking care to tag Ann Coulter and Alex Jones’ Prison Planet:
