A shrinking violet, he is not…
With Rick Wilson, a ranking member of the #NeverTrump movement, you know what you’re going to get, which is stinging criticism of President Donald Trump and all who support him without end.
No stranger to ripping Trump supporters, the Republican political strategist took that to a whole other level Monday in one of his trademark Twitter rants.
“Brace for impact,” Wilson courteously warned beforehand.
He then launched into a 25 post tweet-storm in response to reports that Trump may fire special counsel Robert Mueller, unloading on “clickservatives, Trump fellators, fanboys, grunting MAGA mouthbreathers” in the process, asking if there is anything the president can do “that strikes your conscience.”
“[I]t’s time for the final divorce between the clickservatives and any pretense they… believe in the rule of law. Let’s just *get it the f**ck ON* and end this shabby pretense that we still live in a nation of laws,” Wilson declared.
And he was just getting warmed up in laying the wood to ardent Trump supporters.
In short, the gist of his rant was to go ahead and trash the U.S. Constitution and fully embrace “authoritarianism” because “all you care about his that he pisses off people you hate.”
“Call for Mueller to be fired, Comey to be imprisoned, Wilson to be eaten by wild dogs,” he implored.
