President Trump calls out Obama’s ‘weak’ policies for growing MS-13 gang threat in US

President Donald Trump pointed to his predecessor’s immigration policies Tuesday as being responsible for a growing presence of the violent Central American street gang MS-13 across America.

The president named the Obama administration in a tweet Tuesday morning.

“The weak illegal immigration policies of the Obama Admin. allowed bad MS 13 gangs to form in cities across U.S. We are removing them fast!” Trump said.

Oof! Maxine Waters accidentally blurts out truth about working class taxes while bashing Trump–and his taxes!

In an interview that aired Tuesday on “Fox & Friends,” while Trump did not name MS-13, he did say his administration is taking action against criminal illegal aliens.

“We’ve gotten tremendous criminals out of this country,” he said. “I’m talking about illegal immigrants that were here that caused tremendous crime. That have murdered people, raped people – horrible things have happened. They are getting the hell out or they’re going to prison.”

MS-13 has been in the news following a gruesome quadruple homicide in New York, prompting Fox News host Tucker Carlson to say the gang “is a far greater threat” to the lives of Americans than ISIS.

At the same time, colleague Jeanine Pirro echoed Trump’s sentiment, saying MS-13 “came into this country in 2014 under the Obama administration policy of allowing those in from Central America — El Salvador, Honduras and Guatemala.”

Her comment being in reference to the Obama administration’s policy of welcoming unaccompanied minors from Central America illegally crossing the southern border.
