A person holding a hammer is forever in search of a nail, and the media continues an apparent quest to catch President Donald Trump in some sort of misbehavior.
On the heels of the “trumped-up” controversy over a bust of Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. allegedly being removed from the Oval Office, ABC News Chief Foreign Correspondent Terry Moran responded with a keen observation of his own.
Posting on Twitter, Moran included a photo of Trump in the Oval Office and noted that “there are no pictures of his wife or children.”

Notice Moran carefully crafted his words to say “in this shot,” which means he has no idea if there are other photos in the office. Either way, Trump has been president just over a week and it’s likely he’s still in the process of settling in.
As might be expected, the ABC “journalist” was eviscerated on social media. Showing little mercy, users reminded Moran that petty acts like this is why Trump was elected to begin with.
Here’s a sampling of responses from Twitter

@TerryMoran You are the reason why we despise the press. Are you trying to insinuate that he doesn’t love his family???
