The arrogant and overconfident Hillary Clinton campaign was reportedly planning a victory fireworks display for election night.
The pyrotechnic extravaganza was set just 30 minutes after polls close in New York on Tuesday, launching from a barge in New York City’s Hudson River, according to The New York Post.
The Fire and Police Departments of New York City were alerted to prepare for the display outside of the city’s Javits Center, where Clinton will reportedly join running mate Tim Kaine and campaign supporters for Tuesday’s vote count.

But the fuse may have been lit too soon.
An FDNY memo obtained by the Post, which revealed Clinton’s plan and orders to provide stand-by protection during the fireworks, was sent out Friday – the same day FBI Director James Comey notified Congress that the agency was reopening the investigation into the former secretary of state’s emails.
“It’s a little presumptuous of her to plan on winning. I guess she put in for this before Friday,” one police detective said, as other law enforcement officials and firefighters responded in amazement to Clinton’s nerve, according to the Post.
“If she loses, will she take it over to the East Side and sell it to Trump for half-price?” one asked, referring to the Republican presidential nominee who will also coincidentally be holding his election night event in the city, a first in modern history.

The FDNY’ s “rank and file is outraged they are being forced to do political work,” a retired firefighter said. “This will make it seem like the firefighters endorsed Hillary.”
Others echoed the sentiment, blasting the Clinton campaign for counting its chickens before they hatch.
