The bias of CNN was on full display Friday night when Don Lemon and a panel ganged up on one Donald Trump supporter.
The former national press secretary for Bernie Sanders, Symone Sanders, started the assault as she badgered Trump supporter Gina Louden with accusations that Trump is a racist.
“Donald Trump is running for president of the United States, okay? So, his words are extremely important because as president, your words — I mean we can talk about the fact he’s discriminated against African-Americans, Latinos in this country, Muslims –” Sanders shouted.
“He has when?” Louen demanded.
Sanders started to explain when CNN political analyst Bakari Sellers began to speak, prompting her to say, “Wait, Don.”
Lemon chimed in that it was Sellers who interrupted, not him.
“We all sound alike,” he said sarcastically, the “we” being a clear reference to black people — never mind that Sanders herself is black.
The CNN host’s prejudicial remark — often repeated by racially motivated African-Americans — is enough to cause rational people to wonder how he really feels about fair-skinned homo-sapiens.
Sellers piped in that he was “itching to jump in,” encouraging Sanders to “tag me in.”
“Gina was asking one simple questions about actions, and Donald Trump’s actions, and when has he discriminated so I decided we can recite a few of his actions,” he said, once in the discussion. “We can go to his housing discrimination lawsuits, in which he had to settle not one, but two, because he literally marked ‘C’ on applications for ‘colored.’ We can go to the Central Park Five in which he took ads out for these five people.”
Sellers challenged Louden to name a black person on Trump’s campaign team besides Katrina Pierson, which she quickly did with Omorosa.
“Wait, name a third. Who is the third? Omarosa and Katrina are the only two black people.” Sanders demanded. But Louden was not going to use her appearance to play the idiotic game of name all the black people in Trump’s campaign.
The entire anti-Trump panel, including Lemon, broke into laughter.
“Stop. Stop it y’alls. People in the studio are even laughing,” he said.
It’s a wonder Trump thinks the entire thing is rigged.
