San Francisco 49ers’ Colin Kaepernick continued his “protest” Monday night, refusing to stand during the national anthem before the NFL team’s opening game at home against the Los Angeles Rams.
The $126 million back-up quarterback continues to get grilled — deservedly so — for his disrespectful and ill-informed stance against “racial oppression,” but he has a reliable ally in the Revolutionary Communist Party, which offered its full support this week.

Activists with the Revolutionary Communist Party were handing out flyers at the Santa Clara Caltrain station encouraging those attending the game to keep their seats during the anthem.
The flyer, which was topped by the title “Top 10 Reasons to Sit Down for the Nasty-full Anthem –#sitdownfortherag,” offered a list of alleged wrongdoings committed by the United States dating back to the 1800s right up through modern times.
The communist activists who count on class warfare to advance their warped ideology distributed the flyers outside Levi’s Stadium on Monday in a show of support for Kaepernick.
Included in the “Top Ten” list are some of the most egregious allegations imaginable — all with a heavy spin expected of forces that would love to topple America. The mystery here is that if the U.S. is such a horrible country, why on earth do they remain?
As for Kaepernick, perhaps he’ll soon learn that when you lie down with dogs, you’re sure to rise with fleas.
