Trump: ‘Hillary could walk into this arena right now and shoot someone with 20,000 people watching’

Donald Trump was speaking in Pensacola, a military town known as “The Cradle of Naval Aviation,” and made remarks in response to seven Iranian boats harassing the USS Firebolt, a coastal patrol boat, in the Persian Gulf last week, including forcing the Americans to maneuver to avoid a collision.

While the mainstream media was busy tripping all over itself to highlight his comment about shooting Iranian ships out of the water, it missed the boat completely when the truth came out about Hillary Clinton.

Trump was highly critical of the Democratic nominee, calling her “an unstable person.”

Highlighting the fact that Clinton avoided prosecution for her mishandling of classified information, the GOP nominee told the crowd that his rival could kill one of them and get away with it.

“Because she’s being so protected, she could walk into this arena right now and shoot someone with 20,000 people watching, right smack in the middle of the heart, and she wouldn’t be prosecuted,” he said. “That’s what’s happened to our country.”

The remark is eerily similar to something he said about himself during the GOP primary while talking about how loyal his supporters are, saying, “I could stand in the middle of 5th Avenue and shoot people and I wouldn’t lose voters.”
