Funny man Larry the Cable Guy got dead serious for one moment: ‘Hillary will be the end of the country’

Actor and comedian Daniel Lawrence Whitney is sure America’s outlook is grim if Hillary Clinton wins the election in November.

Whitney, better known as Larry the Cable Guy, gave his own brand of insight into the 2016 election race and said he won’t be backing the Democratic presidential nominee, in an interview Tuesday on Fox News Channel’s “Fox and Friends.”

“I know who I’m not voting for,” he said. ” I’ll give you the initials… Hillary Clinton,” he said. “Hillary will be the end of the country. That’s all I got to say.”

The 53 year-old former radio star and member of the Blue Collar Comedy Tour remarked on how social media has affected elections as people have become less civil, making death threats if someone says they prefer Republican presidential candidate Donald Trump.

“It’s not like it used to be,” he said. “Now, if you pick somebody they want to beat you up, they want to give you death threats…it’s so frustrating.”

He also shared his unique perspective on what kind of choices the presidential candidates offer.

“I want a change. I like Trump. Some of the things he says –  he’s outrageous,” he responded when asked whom he would back in the election. He is torn between Trump and Libertarian candidate Gary Johnson, but knows for sure that Clinton is not an option.

“The choice is, do I want to poop my pants or do I want somebody else to poop my pants?” he said.  “I don’t know, I think I’ll go with pooping my own pants.”
