Republican presidential contender Ted Cruz is still trying to take advantage of rival Donald Trump’s opposition to North Carolina’s controversial bathroom bill that requires people to use the bathroom that corresponds with their sex at birth.

Speaking to supporters at a rally in Lebanon, Indiana, on Saturday, Cruz offered an analogy that had folks entertaining visions of Trump wearing a bright blue pantsuit.

“Let me make this real, real simple for the folks in the media who find this conversation very confusing,” he said, pausing for effect. “If Donald Trump dresses up as Hillary Clinton, he shouldn’t be using the girls’ restroom.”

Trump said Thursday that North Carolina is “paying a big price” for the new law and that people should use the bathroom “they feel is appropriate.”

Cruz immediately went after the real estate tycoon for being “politically correct.”

“Let me ask you, have we gone stark raving nuts?” the candidate asked a crowd later the same day at a campaign rally in Maryland. “I’m the father of two little girls. Here is basic common sense: Grown adult men, strangers, should not be alone in a bathroom with little girls.”
