PC-mocking hashtag RULES Twitter for a day – check out why ‘The Triggering’ rocked

The Rebel’s Lauren Southern called for a “triggering day” back in September to mock political correctness, setting aside Wednesday, March 9, 2016, as the target date.

Of course, Southern received no “triggering alert” last week when angry feminists and social justice warriors reportedly poured a bottle of urine on her because she had the audacity to correctly note that there are but TWO genders in the world — male and female.

Nevertheless, social media responded like gangbusters yesterday to her call, with the #TheTriggering becoming a top trending hashtag in the United States throughout the day.

Sticking to the gender theme, Southern put forth her own offering; although, the first, and perhaps best, response seen below is from back in September:
