Social media rakes Romney over hot coals for anti-Trump speech; ‘voters will decide!’

Mitt Romney’s attack on Republican candidate Donald Trump in a speech at the University of Utah set the internet ablaze Thursday.

Calling Trump a “phony” and a “fraud,” Romney said the GOP candidate’s promises were “as worthless as a degree from Trump University.”

Not surprisingly, the backlash on social media was swift, and scathing as Twitter users reminded Romney of his own campaign history.
