Palin should be home with her family.
On MSNBC’s “Morning Joe,” co-host Joe Scarborough took issue with former Alaska Gov. Sarah Palin’s decision to make campaign appearances for Republican presidential candidate Donald Trump when she has family problems back home.
Appearing at a campaign event in Tulsa, Oklahoma Wednesday, Palin made reference to her Iraq War veteran son’s run-in with the law and tried to tie it to President Obama’s well-known disdain for the military.
Her son Track, 26, was charged Monday with fourth-degree assault in an alleged domestic abuse incident.
“Really, apparently there was a bigger problem, that had nothing to do with President Obama, or ISIS, with her son,” Scarborough said after playing several snippets of Palin’s speech.
“I think, actually, the Trump campaign needs to send her home, and let her take care of her family problems and not make it a part of his campaign,” he added.
