Symone Sanders seems to think anti-white racism isn’t racism.
The former spokeswoman for Bernie Sanders doubled down on divisive comments she recently made that “we don’t need white people leading the Democratic Party right now.”
Symone Sanders (no relation to Bernie) said she stands by her remarks, adding that the Democratic National Committee should elect a person of color as its chairman.
“It’s past time for an elected chair of color,” Sanders bleated on CNN. “There is a need and a want for a chair of color. I stand by that.”
“… We need that representation, not just in the chair’s position but in other places throughout the Democratic National Committee and throughout the building…I stand by that. I know that makes some people uncomfortable, but somebody’s got to be out here fighting for the folks, and that’s me.”
Sanders was doubling down on her original comments from Nov. 23, when she rejected the idea of Howard Dean being named DNC chair because he’s white.
“In my opinion, we don’t need white people leading the Democratic party right now,” Sanders said. “The Democratic Party is diverse, and it should be reflected as so in our leadership and throughout the staff, at the highest levels.”

What Symone seems to have forgotten is that her former boss, Bernie Sanders, is white. So is Hillary Clinton, the person Symone championed during the presidential election.
Had either of them been elected, the leader of the Democratic Party — and the nation — would have been white!
This is not the first time Symone has made anti-white, racist comments. Last week, the CNN contributor raised eyebrows when she dismissed a violent hate crime against a white man.
In Chicago, a white man was filmed getting beaten up on the street by thugs as a woman in the background allegedly yelled: “He voted Trump! Beat his ass!”
During a panel discussion about the attack, former Navy SEAL Carl Higbie asked Sanders, “What do you say to the people who dragged a poor white guy out of a car and beat him?”
Sanders snorted: “Oh my goodness, poor white people!! Please.”
