‘Who’s interfering in elections?’ Social and mainstream media stick it to RFK Jr. from all sides

Social and mainstream media are evidently taking targeted hits at Democrat presidential candidate Robert F. Kennedy, Jr. at every available opportunity with CNN running a chyron calling him a Republican and Instagram inexplicably suspending the “Team Kennedy” account.

The CNN chyron blunder occurred on Thursday during “Inside Politics” with host John King as the network was covering the 2024 Democratic presidential candidate giving a speech in the New Hampshire state Senate. It read, “Robert F. Kennedy Jr. (R) Presidential Candidate.”

The gaffe appeared for about five seconds before it was pulled down by the network. Not fast enough though to escape the notice of those both for and against Kennedy on Twitter.

Pundit and author Oli London also reported that Instagram evidently censored Kennedy’s campaign because of his anti-vaccine stance.

“Instagram interferes in the 2024 Presidential Election by suspending the ‘Team Kennedy’ account of Democrat Presidential Candidate Robert F. Kennedy Jr. The account will be suspended for 180 days unless an appeal is successful. Kennedy has been an outspoken critic of Covid vaccines and the pandemic, which led to the suspension according to People Magazine,” London tweeted.

Instagram may be trying to silence Kennedy, but Elon Musk wants his voice heard and just invited him to a Spaces discussion next week.

Kennedy has found popularity among some Democrats as well as Republicans. He is not only ant-vax, he’s also against big pharma, the military and big tech industrial complexes. Despite a shaky voice, he’s not shy in taking a bold stand on issues that some on both sides of the political aisle find appealing. Despite being in the Democratic Party, his compatriots on the left are shunning Kennedy because not all of his views are leftist enough or push the political propaganda they willingly parrot.

A CNN poll taken in May showed that Kennedy is in second place in the Democratic primary behind President Biden. The poll found that 20% of Democrats and Democrat-leaning voters wanted Kennedy to be the 2024 Democratic presidential nominee, as opposed to Biden’s 60%. Despite his popularity, the Democrat Party allegedly deleted Kennedy’s name from several polls.

“In the last three years, there’s been an all-out assault on the Bill of Rights,” the environmental lawyer declared during his speech in the New Hampshire state Senate on Thursday. “We now have for the first time, the government participating in censorship, of political dissent, of people who are criticizing federal policies.”

Kennedy said it’s important that “we have a real democracy and a democratic election in New Hampshire.”

“There’s so many Americans who believe that the system now is rigged, the economic system, but also the political system, that the elections are fixed,” he proclaimed in Concord. “And we ought to be, the Democratic Party particularly, ought to be making this election a template for democracy to our country and to the rest of the world.”

On Memorial Day, hundreds of people went to Humphreys by the Bay in San Diego to watch Kennedy speak at his campaign event. It’s obvious he has Democrats worried.

In his speech, Kennedy paid his respects to members of the US military who were killed in action. He quoted his uncle, President John F. Kennedy, “The most important way for us to honor the men and women who gave their lives for our country is to protect the rights that they died to give us.”

It seems no one is impressed with the effort to silence Kennedy:
