Under the Biden administration, Washington DC has become Wonderland, where everyone’s mad, nothing makes sense, and logic and science are perpetually ignored.
It’s a place where being born white is racist; riots, arson, shootings, and looting are peaceful demonstrations; free college and daycare are infrastructure; a U.S. gas pipeline is closed while financial restrictions on a rival Russian one are lifted; the government orders US embassies to fly the flag of a group of BLM Marxist thugs, and a drowsy Dormouse occupies the White House.
Anyone questioning this premise is corrected by snarky White House Press Secretary Jen Psaki, the administration’s Humpty Dumpty: “‘When I use a word,’ Ms. Dumpty says in a scornful tone, ‘it means just what I choose it to mean — neither more nor less. ‘”
In Biden’s Wonderland Democrats preach equality of outcome as a right, while ignoring the inequality of effort. The law of the harvest – as ye sow, so shall ye reap – doesn’t mean “The harder you work, the more you get.” Nope, in Biden’s Wonderland it’s the opposite. Those who achieve are punished and those who fail are rewarded as wards of society.
The rationale in Biden’s Washington Wonderland is: The other guy has it, you want it, Biden will take it for you.
The Biden administration is working enthusiastically to tear the fabric of America apart as it pits one group against another. Black, brown, and Asian farmers, rich and poor, will have their governmental agricultural loans forgiven but not white farmers, no matter their economic status. Chicago mayor Lori Lightfoot has banned white journalists from interviewing her and will only conduct interviews with black and brown journalists. The only real skill that Biden and his handlers have is using gasoline to put out the fires of distrust and resentment they foment, leaving one to wonder what they will use once fossil fuel is outlawed.
In Biden’s whacky Wonderland white folks are bigots because of the color of their skin and biology is an unfounded rumor. Men possess male toxicity; children can change genders on a whim choosing from five, six or more; the “Men” and “Women” signs and symbols on public bathroom doors are merely suggestions; biological boys compete against girls in athletic events; and in California biological male prisoners who identify as women can request transfers to women’s prisons. The entire country is accused of being systemically racist.
Wonderland’s madness is spreading across the country, particularly in large cities controlled by the Democrat Mad Hatter party. The past year 25 cities carried through on their threats to defund the police. Not surprisingly, they all soon showed a spike in criminal activity, including murders, rapes and even shoplifting. Cops are demoralized, resigning, and retiring at alarming rates and recruitment is way down. In metropolises like Los Angeles, Chicago and New York crime is rampant with “no bail” policies enabling criminals to walk free minutes after being arrested. No city did as poorly and as dramatically as Portland, Oregon. The murder rate there increased by 800%
Wonderlanders in San Francisco, LA, Seattle, and many other large cities encourage squatters to pitch tents on sidewalks and provide them tax payer cash, syringes to inject drugs, and more. These “squatting” tent dwellers are also invited to use sidewalks and streets as public toilets.
Wonderland’s flip-flopping Doctor, Anthony Fauci, who serves as Communist China’s U.S. propaganda chief, now claims the coronavirus may actually have come from the Wuhan lab of virology that is overseen by the Chinese military, an institution he once provided with our tax dollars. Fauci initially told citizens they didn’t have to wear marks, then to wear masks to protect themselves from the infectious respiratory Covid-19. He then told them to wear them outside, then inside, then to wear two. Citizens are told they can’t congregate in churches, schools, and gyms, but strip bars, liquor stores and BLM protests are OK. Wonderland officials saw the pandemic as an excuse to dictate and enforce bizarre and absurd restrictions despite the fact that 98 percent of those that get it survive and its effects are no worse than the flu or a common cold for most folks.
Covid came from an open wet market in China said the so-called experts and the media bought into that scenario faster than the phony Trump Russian collusion fairy tale. It turns out it was probably unleashed on the world intentionally by the Chicoms in their Wuhan military laboratory and the evil gnome Dr. Fauci, knew that all along. A few thousand lives to the Chicoms means nothing. Why would they develop a modified bat virus unless they planned to use it on their enemies? Is it just coincidence that the Chinese economy didn’t suffer during the pandemic?
The southern borders of Wonderland are flung open and COVID infected foreigners from a number of countries worldwide stream across including gang members and terrorists with drugs, guns, and trafficked children.
100,000 Haitians in Wonderland temporarily were granted permission to stay indefinitely because….well, just because.
Consumed with Wonderland’s perversion of logic Delta Airlines, Coke and Major League Baseball throw corporate conniptions over a Georgia voter ID law, they didn’t understand, never read and for reasons that defy explanation. In Wonderland’s race to be woke most things defy explanation.
Universities forbid debates of differing opinions and disallow folks that disagree with their views on anything. Students at these institutions have plenty of time to protest, riot, etc. after discovering that there is no demand for their degrees in Black Studies, Lesbian Studies, Puppetry Arts, etc.
In the meantime, businesses are having trouble hiring because the Biden Wonderland is paying folks more money to stay at home than companies can pay them to work.
Wonderland foreign policy condones Hamas Arab terrorists for lobbing thousands of missiles at Israeli civilians and condemns the Israelis for defending themselves.
Meanwhile in Wonderland’s White House residents are conducting their eternal tea party with Biden playing the role of the Dormouse who falls asleep almost every moment – even when talking.
As the Mad Hatter says Wonderland’s Washington is “….. a place, like no place on earth. A land full of wonder, mystery, and danger. Some say, to survive it, you need to be as mad as a hatter.” As Alice would say things are getting: “curiouser and curiouser.”
