New York City police arrested 86 protesters at two separate anti-ICE demonstrations in Times Square and at an NYPD precinct in downtown Manhattan.
Protesters waved Black Lives Matter flags and shouted at police after repeatedly being warned that they were unlawfully blocking traffic.
The protesters were demonstrating in response to accusations that Immigration and Customs Enforcement had performed unwanted hysterectomies on illegal aliens at an ICE facility in Georgia.
In one video, a protester yells at police making an arrest: “What the f–k is wrong with you!? They’re sitting down!”
Before making the arrests, the NYPD had warned protesters not to unlawfully block sidewalks and street traffic because it jeopardizes public safety.

In Times Square, roving throngs of angry leftists also protested after the death of liberal Supreme Court Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg.
Democrats have threatened more riots if President Trump and the Senate try to fill Ginsburg’s SCOTUS seat this year.
Trump reacted by saying he will likely announce a nominee this week.

While leftists protest on behalf of illegal aliens, they apparently don’t care that New York City has descended into a crime-infested ghetto, thanks to the Left’s catastrophic “Defund the Police” hysteria.
The Left’s championing of illegal aliens mirrors its lionization of career criminals shot by police. In 2019, ICE arrested 118 illegal aliens in the New York City area during a five-day period as part of a sweep.
Of the 118 individuals arrested, more than 107 people (or 90% of the group) were convicted criminals or accused pedophiles.
“Several had prior felony convictions for serious or violent offenses, such as child sex crimes, weapons charges, and assault, or had past convictions for multiple misdemeanors,” ICE said.
Two years ago in North Carolina, 331 illegal aliens were charged with 1,172 child rapes and child sexual assaults during an 18-month period.
Jerry Robinette is a former special agent at ICE in San Antonio, Texas. Robinette said liberals demanding that ICE be abolished have no idea what it actually does.
Robinette said the left is recklessly promoting a false narrative to demonize ICE, because if the public really knew what ICE does, they would never want it abolished.

“It’s irresponsible, considering that these agents risk their lives,” Robinette told Fox News. “We have agents that have lost their lives in the performance of their duties. We have agents that put their jobs in front of their families.”
Robinette continued: “[The media] come to the border for a few hours. They have a field trip, they spend a few hours at the border and pretend they know what happens at the border. They have no clue. And honestly, I think they do have a clue but it’s not to their benefit to acknowledge the work that’s being done.”
