Fox News host Steve Hilton delivered his own “articles of incompetence” against Democrats and House Speaker Nancy Pelosi following President Trump’s acquittal in the Senate impeachment trial.
Hilton declared that last week’s vote finding Trump not guilty on two impeachment charges against him were “not the end of the story,” as Democratic leadership should be charged for their glaring incompetence in the wake of the whole process.

“The Senate may have voted down those articles of impeachment last week, but that is not the end of the story,” Hilton said on “The Next Revolution” Sunday.
“First up, ladies and gentlemen, let me present new articles to House Speaker Nancy Pelosi. Here they are: the Articles of Incompetence” he said in his opening monologue, showing off a document which declared “Articles of Incompetence.”
“Article One: Everything you do to try to hurt the president you hate blows up in your face,” he began with the first article, aiming his remarks at Pelosi.
“Just as the Senate shut down your impeachment farce, President Trump’s approval rating hit a record high and it is obvious why,” he said, citing the latest Gallup poll showing Trump’s highest approval rating since he took office.
“While you spent the last three years working to reverse the will of the American people, the president spent the last three years working to help the American people,” he told the California Democrat. “The results are piling up: China trade deal, USMCA, tax cut 2.0 and another strong jobs report on Friday. More Americans working, earnings rising.”
Hilton went on to mock Democrats for the mess they created in Iowa, where technical issues, a new app used to report results and often questionable practices roiled the caucuses, delayed results and ultimately undermined faith in the entire process.
“Second Article of Incompetence: Iowa,” Hilton said.
“Your caucus fiasco showed – and I think this calls for a classic British expression at this point – you people couldn’t organize a piss-up in a brewery,'” he continued.
“Article Three: You can’t control your temper,” the Fox News host said, showing a video of Pelosi’s “embarrassing, petulant stunt” at Trump’s State of the Union address when she tore up her copy of his speech.
“For three years we put up with your endless lectures about civility and upholding democratic norms… and then, at the State of the Union, you put on this embarrassing, petulant stunt,” Hilton said.
“Even when they are trying to deceive the voters, the Democrats are incompetent,” he said as he went on to Article Four.
“Elizabeth Warren never stops raising the alarm about climate change and raging about the billionaires. Put those things together and what do you get? Private jets. Gas-guzzling plutocrat playthings. You’d never catch the people’s green champion on one of those, right?” Hilton asked mockingly.
The Massachusetts Democrat and Green New Deal advocate was seen stepping off a private plane in Iowa last week and actually seemed to be walking deliberately behind a staffer to avoid a camera.
“These lefties are so incompetent they can’t even cover up their own hypocrisy,” Hilton pointed out.
“So today, on behalf of a nation crying with laughter at the Democrats,” Hilton concluded, “with great sadness, and of course, prayerfulness, I sign these four articles of incompetence.”
“There they are,” he said showing off the document after he signed it.
“Nancy, I could send you this pen if you’d like,” Hilton quipped, adding a final jab at the Democrat for her much-criticized official impeachment signing ceremony last month.
