Former New York City Mayor Rudy Giuliani slammed the Senate for its lack of action in investigating the alleged “extremely serious charges” against the Biden family for dealings in China and Ukraine.

President Trump’s personal attorney told Fox Business host Maria Bartiromo that he is “not going to be silent” in the face of any intimidation and demanded to know where the Republican-majority Senate has been in the controversy sparked by a whistleblower complaint alleging wrongdoing by the president.

“Where are the indictments? Where are the prosecutions for the people who actually did wrongdoing in the 2016 election?” Bartiromo asked Giuliani who was appearing on “Sunday Morning Futures” discussing alleged criminal pay-for-play activities by former Vice President Joe Biden and his son Hunter Biden in dealings with Ukraine and China.

“Before they start criticizing me, the question should be what have they done about it?” Giuliani asked.

“Where’s the Republican Senate investigating extremely serious charges about the former Vice President, who I know is a member of ‘the club,’ but members of the club don’t get to put their sons in positions where they make millions and millions and millions, where you have to be an idiot not to know the son was trading on the father’s public office,” he said. “That is disgusting!”

Bartiromo interjected, saying she has “been asking the question about China for a long time,” explaining that she has questioned how Biden’s son “got one and a half billion dollars from the Bank of China after he took that ride on Air Force Two” with his father, who was vice president at the time in the Obama administration.

Giuliani admitted he did not have the “affidavits” to prove anything on the allegations on the China connections with Biden as he did after investigating the Ukraine connection.

“What I understand about China is he was actually in a partnership with the Bank of China and with Whitey Bulger’s nephew. Now if you’re not going to investigate that, if Republicans don’t have enough courage to investigate that then we’re not even representing the American people effectively,” Giuliani said, arguing that there needs to be an investigation into whether Biden “compromised us” in China and Ukraine.

“The Chinese government knows why they gave the money. They weren’t hiring Hunter Biden’s expertise,” he contended. “They were buying Joe Biden. And by the way, for the price of that, they also got [former Secretary of State] John Kerry’s stepson.”

“And it’s so similar to the Clinton Foundation now that there’s a pattern here of pay-for-play. And I’m not going to be silent because they intimidate me. They are trying to intimidate me,” Giuliani added.

“They can intimidate me all they want. The reality is, this is because I represent the president of the United States. I want to show that he’s innocent,” he concluded. “And I have to admit, I’m disgusted by what I see and I’m worried about my country having a double standard.”
