Police are searching for a man who violently assaulted a Turning Point USA recruiter on the UC Berkeley campus.
Turning Point USA founder Charlie Kirk posted a video of the alleged attack by a “leftist thug” on the campus of the University of California, Berkeley on Thursday.

The incident reportedly occurred Tuesday afternoon when two men allegedly approached a table where the TP USA recruiter was passing out information on the conservative group.
According to The Daily Californian:
The victim alleged that a verbal altercation ensued, and he began filming the interaction with his phone, according to the alert.
One of the two men slapped the phone out of the victim’s hand and proceeded to knock over the table, the victim further alleged. While he and the suspect struggled for the phone, the suspect punched the victim several times, causing injury to the victim’s eye and nose, the alert said.
The assault was reported to police but the attacker was long gone by the time they arrived. Police asked that anyone with information about the man’s identity call (510) 642-6760.
**Update: A close up of the perp became available later that day:

“Imagine if the attacker was wearing MAGA hat, would be national news!” Kirk tweeted.
Former Fox News host and girlfriend of Donald Trump Jr., Kimberly Guilfoyle, echoed the sentiment in a tweet on the “disturbing” video.
Freedom of speech is a staple American value… or it used to be!
Violent leftists at UC Berkeley attacked a @tpusa activist on campus. Video is disturbing@charliekirk11 is right. If attacker had been wearing MAGA hat this would be top story on every news broadcast in America! https://t.co/0B7Y6adUHb

In the wake of the media frenzy over the hoax hate crime staged by “Empire” actor Jussie Smollett, inflamed by the media initially as it was believed the attackers wore MAGA hats, assaults on conservatives were given scant coverage by the left-leaning press.
A report out of Kansas days ago revealed that a Van’s store employee was fired after telling a 14-year-old customer “f*ck you” for wearing a MAGA hat.

A 7-year-old in Texas was smeared online and verbally attacked in person, even being called “little Hitler” for running a hot chocolate stand aimed at raising money for the border wall.
A couple wearing MAGA hats while shopping at Sam’s Club in Kentucky apparently triggered a man who pulled a gun on them.

Earlier this week, an elderly man in a Make America Great Again hat was harassed by a leftist at a thrift store who had the temerity to film and then post the video of her verbal attack.
These accounts and no doubt many more have seen little mainstream media coverage, as Turning Point’s Kirk made his point about the attack on the group’s recruiter. Twitter users were appalled by the UC Berkeley attack and condemned the thug in the video.
It’s on video. Find this guy and prosecute him for assault and violating civil rights. Berkeley must expel this violent criminal.

Yeah…it should excuse them to be triggered and beating up people.
Where the EFF are the Campus Cops? They are nowhere to be around. The person who got punched should be able to sue the campus.
Either allow people to defend themselves or be held accountable.

I never understand why nobody helps these guys getting attacked.

Unbelievable! I hope charges were filed.

Left wing violence is more common than right wing violence. But no one wants to talk about it ?♂️
