It’s difficult to say who rates lower on the totem pole these days, an Irishman or a run-of-the-mill white male.
The New York Post posted a humorous video Monday on its website of what the publication deemed the “worst junction ever built,” under the inauspicious headline:Â “Did a drunken Irishman design this road?”

Can you imagine how quick someone would have been fired over a similar headline that zinged women, blacks, Hispanics or homosexuals instead of an “Irishman?”
Since stereotypes are being employed here, what if the Post would have used “cheap Jew?”
