When it all gets to be too much, just laugh it off girl!
That must be the advice Hillary Clinton got from her campaign manager after a humiliating defeat in the Wisconsin primary on Tuesday.
Riding high off the win, Sen. Bernie Sanders has come out swinging against the Democratic presidential front-runner. Early Thursday, Sanders’ campaign manager Jeff Weaver warned Hillary about destroying the party for personal political ambition.
Right on cue, in an interview with CNN’s Chris Cuomo, a seemingly agitated Hillary burst into a fit of laughter when asked about Weaver’s comment.
“It’s just ludicrous on the face of it!” Hillary roared as she feigned catching her breath. She then touted about all of the hard work she’s done for Democrats for the past 40 years and saying Sanders, “by his own admission,” isn’t one.
She tried to brush off the warning from Sanders, adding that his campaign must be becoming “anxious.”
Yeah, right.
