Republican presidential nominee Donald Trump did something at his immigration speech Wednesday that no other candidate — especially Hillary Clinton — would have the guts to do.
He brought the parents of children killed by illegal immigrants — known as “Angel Moms” — to join him on the stage.
Conservative author and columnist Ann Coulter — a huge Trump supporter — observed:
No other presidential candidate would ever ask the Angel Moms on stage. Parents of children killed by illegal immigrants.

And folks on Twitter thought they gave America the perfect reminder for why illegal immigration should be stemmed and #AngelMoms started trending.
Those Angel Moms & Dads were so moving!!! Who can deny the reality of the MESS this country is in? #GOTRUMP! ??‼️@CarmineZozzora @AnnCoulter

“If Trump had been in office, my child would still be alive” say families of those who lost loved ones to illegal immigrants #TrumpAZ

Clinton supporters refer to the Angel Moms as a hate group — but they were soon put in their place:
What the hell is going on? These moms Trump brought on stage are like a hate group.

Saying the #AngelMoms are a “Hate Group” for rejecting illegals who kill their kids is like calling Jews a hate group for resenting Nazism ?

Why are #AngelMoms considered a hate group but the mothers of ppl killed by police (Most Justified shootings) not a hate group? #Hypocrites

Coulter’s fears last week that Trump was softening his position on immigration were put to rest.
Wow. This doesn’t sound like “softening.” GO, TRUMP!!!
— Ann Coulter (@AnnCoulter) September 1, 2016
Trump: There is only one core issue in the debate over illegal immigration: The well-being of the American people.
— Ann Coulter (@AnnCoulter) September 1, 2016
Trump soon had Coulter swooning.
I hear Churchill had a nice turn of phrase, but Trump’s immigration speech is the most magnificent speech ever given.
— Ann Coulter (@AnnCoulter) September 1, 2016
I think I’ll watch this speech every night before going to bed so that I will sleep like a baby.

And on that note, good night and pleasant dreams.
