(Original Caption) Los Angeles: "I'm not a candidate," California Gov. Ronald Reagan tells newsmen in response to questions about his Presidential potential. He was "flattered" by a poll of 1964 GOP Presidential Convention delegates which listed him a strong second choice after former Vice-President Richard M. Nixon. The Governor was holding his first news conference since he underwent minor surgery two weeks ago.
