A white sedan was captured on video speeding down a dead-end street in San Francisco before crashing through a metal railing at the end of the street and plummeting down an embankment.
The car took out a tree on its way to the street below and landed on its roof, with the four occupants in the vehicle miraculously emerging without serious injury. Bystanders rushed to the car and helped those inside the overturned vehicle get out.
The incident took place on Saturday, according to independent journalist Andy Ngô, who shared the terrifying video online:

Police reportedly found a gun at the scene and a bystander said he spoke with a man who said he had just been carjacked.
“There was a woman pulling out a guy, all bloody, and the guy had a full face mask, all black, dressed in black. She was in black, red hair, yelling at them, ‘We have three minutes till the cops come! We have three minutes, hurry up!'” Michael Perez who lives nearby, told KPIX. “There was another guy and there was another guy still stuck in the car and they were, like, ‘Just leave him! Leave him!”
All four passengers fled the scene before authorities arrived.
The video above was not the only eyebrow-raising footage seen out of San Francisco in the past week.
