One of the biggest attempts at disinformation ever perpetrated is the allegation that man-made global warming is our number one threat. The global warming hoax is the result of political chicanery backed up by faulty science and endorsed by the UN and the World Economic Forum.
It cannot be claimed beyond a reasonable doubt that (a) global warming exists, or that (b) climate change is caused by human activities, or that (c) climate change is dangerous. Climate change is recognized by leading scientists as a natural phenomenon that has occurred throughout history.
The so-called “climate crisis” is a massive hoax created by the UN to further its globalist ambitions by redistributing the world’s resources. It has nothing to do with climate. The threat of horrific global warming was set in motion in 1972 by the UN-sponsored Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change. Its conclusions were based on faulty science that has been refuted by thousands of scientists.
The actual purpose of the UN climate strategy is out in the open. “One has to free oneself from the illusion that international climate policy is environmental policy,” confessed German economist and UN official Ottmar Edenhofer. “Climate policy has almost nothing to do anymore with environmental protection. The next world climate summit is actually an economy summit during which the distribution of the world’s resources will be negotiated.”
UN bureaucrats—under the guise of responding to climate change—want to take what you have and give it to people in the less developed parts of the world. The inevitable result: destruction of the US economy and standard of living.
“The oft-repeated claim that nearly all scientists demand that something dramatic be done to stop global warming is not true,” a group of distinguished scientists revealed in the Wall Street Journal. They cited the Global Warming Petition Project, in which 31,000 scientists conclude that “there is no convincing scientific evidence that human release of carbon dioxide, methane, or other greenhouse gases is causing or will, in the foreseeable future, cause catastrophic heating of the Earth’s atmosphere and disruption of the Earth’s climate.”
The World Climate Declaration, signed by 300 climate professors, declares: “There is no climate emergency.” The lead signatory is Nobel laureate Professor Ivar Giaever. “Climate changes all the time,” said Professor Giaever, “and it’s nothing to do with global warming.” Climate models are said to be “not remotely plausible as global policy tools”. They exaggerate the effect of greenhouse gases such as carbon dioxide, but ignore any beneficial effect, the Declaration states. “Climate science has degenerated into a discussion based on beliefs, not on sound self-critical science.”
Government policy in the US and most of Europe is based on the erroneous belief that human beings can control the climate. This is pure nonsense that is contradicted by the facts. We can thank opportunists like Al Gore, Barack Obama, John Kerry, and Greta Thunberg for spreading the hysteria that the ice will melt, the oceans will rise, and we will all die from heat exhaustion. Contrary to their frightening warnings, the glaciers have not melted and the world has not come to an end. Go home Greta and leave us alone. We are not experiencing a climate crisis.
Alarmism over climate was used to justify Barack Obama’s appetite for bigger government and to reinforce his globalist aspirations. “The government scares people into thinking that the end is nigh,” The Federalist Papers Project explained, “and that the only way to turn it around is to cede control to the federal government and allow them to force their economy-killing policies on business.”
President Trump rejected the climate hysteria but Biden has gone for it full-tilt. Biden’s war on fossil fuels is destroying the economic gains realized under the Trump presidency. People in Western Europe were freezing last winter thanks to the rejection of fossil fuels. Thanks to Joe Biden, the US will be next. Biden’s attempt to eliminate fossil fuels is sending us into economic collapse. Our economy is dependent upon fossil fuels. A practical alternative does not exist and will not exist in the foreseeable future.
The gazillions spent by the Biden administration to cure this nonexistent problem are an extravagant waste of taxpayer dollars. Climate Change Business Journal quantified the cost to the US of proposed anti-GW measures at a whopping $1.5 trillion per year. That’s $1.5 trillion subtracted from our economy to solve a non-existent problem.
How do we justify crippling the US economy in pursuit of ghosts? What do we get for this waste of time, money, and effort? Danish environmentalist Bjorn Lomborg calculates that in the unlikely event that every nation in the world adheres to its climate change commitments by 2030, by the end of this century it will reduce the world’s temperatures by a mere 0.048°C or 1/20th of a degree Celsius. In other words, the whole thing is a bad joke.
More scientists have joined the dissent about climate change. Dr. John Clauser, co-winner of the 2022 Nobel Physics prize, calls the climate emergency scare a “dangerous corruption of science that threatens the world’s economy and the well-being of billions of people.”
Leading nuclear physicist Dr. Wallace Manheimer warned that climate hysteria could end modern civilization. He observed that the new wind and solar infrastructure is likely to fail, cost trillions, trash large portions of the environment, “and be entirely unnecessary.”
MIT Professor Richard Lindzen referred to the global warming crowd as a cult. “As with any cult,” Lindzen said, “once the mythology begins falling apart, instead of saying, oh, we were wrong, they get more and more fanatical.”
