Crowd goes crazy over DeSantis response to heckler who called him a ‘f—ing fascist’

Gov. Ron DeSantis (R-Fla.) received a thunderous standing ovation in South Carolina on Friday from those attending a speech where he shut down a radical leftist heckler who called him a “f**king fascist” over his policies that protect children in the Sunshine State.

“Unfortunately, there’s bad stuff that’s getting into the schools; there’s pornography that’s getting into the schools,” DeSantis, 44, told the crowd. “So the parents have had to blow the whistle in Florida.”

“The right to healthcare, to their kid’s healthcare, you’re a f**king fascist!” a woman in Lexington, South Carolina, yelled at DeSantis as he was discussing the rights parents have to protect their children from sexualization in Florida schools. “We say gay!”

Loud booing ensued with DeSantis supporters rising from their seats and shouting back at the heckler. Then DeSantis stepped in. He didn’t flinch in the least at clapping back.

“Well, thank you,” he told the heckler. “We’re not going to let you impose an agenda on our kids. We’re going to stand up for our kids. We’re going to make sure to do it right.”

For that response, DeSantis received a standing ovation from the audience and the woman was unceremoniously escorted out.

“Those people like that in Florida are the people we beat every single day on policy,” DeSantis declared to a fully supportive crowd. “We do not let them win. We win all these battles. We’re not letting them indoctrinate our kids, not on our watch.”

He brought up the fact that the left incessantly accused him of “banning” books when he attempted to remove inappropriate subject matter from school libraries which many consider pornographic in nature.

The left has conducted a full-force attack against DeSantis over the last year concerning his parental rights law that states “classroom instruction by school personnel or third parties on sexual orientation or gender identity may not occur in kindergarten through grade 3 or in a manner that is not age-appropriate or developmentally appropriate for students in accordance with state standards.”

The left branded it the “Don’t Say Gay” law, despite those words not appearing anywhere in it.

The heckling incident happened during DeSantis’ four-day campaign swing through several key early-voting states, including Iowa, New Hampshire, and South Carolina. He reportedly plans to return to Iowa on Saturday for Sen. Joni Ernst’s annual Roast and Ride fundraiser, according to The Hill.

Democrat lawmakers are using the same exact language as the heckler did. It’s almost become a talking point.

Rep. Maxwell Frost (D-Fla.) joined Paramore on stage at a show in Washington, DC on Friday and slammed DeSantis, according to Rolling Stone.

After introducing him to the crowd, lead singer Hayley Williams asked the Florida lawmaker if he had a message he wanted to share with the crowd. Frost shouted, “F**k Ron DeSantis! F**k fascism!”

Williams then addressed the crowd, “Do you see this? Do you see the future right here?”

According to Rolling Stone, last weekend, at the Adjacent Music Festival in Atlantic City, Williams declared, “If you vote for Ron DeSantis, you’re f**king dead to me. Is that comfortable enough for anyone?”
