‘100%’: Stanford Professor says aliens ‘have been on Earth a long time’ and they’re ‘still here’

According to Stanford University pathology professor Dr. Garry Nolan, “Aliens have been on Earth for a long time and are still here.”

What’s more, experts have been working behind the scenes to reverse engineer “downed crafts.”

Nolan made his remarkable claims last week in Manhattan during the SALT iConnections conference’s session titled, “The Pentagon, Extraterrestrial Intelligence and Crashed UFOs.”

Asked by the session’s host, Alex Klokus, how sure he was that E.T.’s have visited Earth, Nolan replied, “100 percent.”

“And that’s not just my opinion,” Nolan said. “I mean, look, the National Defense Appropriation Act — passed last year signed by Biden in December — 30 pages of that is the establishment of an Unidentified Aerial Phenomenon Office. The establishment of looking into the harm that’s happened to an even number of the individuals, going back to 1945 and looking at the disinformation and misinformation that has been basically articulated over the decades.”

“Twelve U.S. Senators have signed on to a document that basically says, ‘We want the information,'” he continued. “The establishment of an office, AARO [All-domain Anomaly Resolution Office], in the Department of Defense [DoD] has 25 people working in it right now, and what’s their goal? Collecting the information across all of the U.S. Department of Defense, intelligence offices, and colation of that into a uniform format for the very first time, and provision of that then to Congress.”

Established in July 2022, AARO’s stated mission is to “synchronize efforts across the Department of Defense, and with other U.S. federal departments and agencies, to detect, identify and attribute objects of interest in, on or near military installations, operating areas, training areas, special use airspace and other areas of interest, and, as necessary, to mitigate any associated threats to safety of operations and national security,” according to the DoD website.

Nolan also said that a “whistleblower program” has been created specifically for people on the inside who have “been working on the reverse engineering programs.”

At an April 19 hearing before the Senate Armed Services Subcommittee on Emerging Threats and Capabilities, AARO Director Dr. Sean Kirkpatrick addressed UAPs, or “unidentified anomalous phenomena” — government-speak for “UFOs.”

“We cannot answer decades of questions about UAP all at once, but we must begin somewhere,” Kirkpatrick said. “While I assure you that AARO will follow scientific evidence wherever it leads, I ask for your patience as DoD first prioritizes the safety and security of our military personnel and installations, in all domains.”

According to Nolan, the hearing “created quite a hornet’s nest in Washington.”

The most “compelling evidence” in support of extraterrestrial visitors to Earth, Nolan said, is “what your government is doing right now about it.”

But Nolan says he’s also had “personal experience” with people involved in the UAP phenomenon, including “one individual who was involved in collecting the original information” and “people who have worked or working on reverse engineering programs of downed crafts.”

The professor noted how the advanced technology — some of which has been captured on video, with unidentified crafts performing physics-defying maneuvers — could “revolutionize” life on Earth.

“A tiny piece of knowledge from that could revolutionize what we’re doing,” Nolan said. “I’m always looking for the opportunity. I’m looking at the upside of this.”

“I’m not worried about (aliens) coming and raiding us or taking our women and children,” he added. “That’s not my concern. My concern is how do we use it.”

As for the actual aliens, Nolan said he believes they are “an advanced form of intelligence” that is “using some kind of intermediaries.”

“It’s not that they walk among us wearing a skin suit,” he said. “You’re going to put something there that I think of as an intelligence test.”

Not unlike the South American native tribes who were baffled by the first Spanish ships they encountered, Nolan said the E.T.’s are checking our ability to figure out what it is so many of us are claiming to see.

“They’re showing up and saying who amongst you are intelligent enough to realize what it is you’re looking at … ” Nolan said. “Can you see what’s in front of you for what it really is? Can you see the anomalous data point?”
