Stormy Daniels claims Trump ‘sycophants’ attacked her horse in regret-filled diatribe

Now that former President Donald Trump has been indicted on 34 felony charges of falsifying business records in the first degree over alleged hush-money payments made, the porn star at the center of those allegations says she regrets coming forward.

On Wednesday, Stormy Daniels appeared on “Good Morning Britain” and suggested that her efforts to save humanity were for naught because Trump may “get away with” trying to buy her silence over an alleged affair he denies. Daniels, whose real name is Stephanie Clifford, then accused Trump’s “sycophants” of attacking her horse.

“I spoke my truth, but it was just for nothing,” Daniels complained.

“I just feel like if people don’t want to face facts and see the truth … then you know what, I’d rather have had the time back with my family,” she said, before adding, “I almost feel like humans aren’t really worth saving at this point.”

Ironically, Daniels said she came forward to “set an example for daughter and other young women,” to show that she “wasn’t bullied” by people in power.

Trump pleaded not guilty to falsifying business records stemming from a $130,000 hush payment to Daniels in the closing weeks of the 2016 campaign, the charges essentially being a political campaign orchestrated by Manhattan District Attorney Alvin Bragg.

Further confirmation that it’s a political attack was seen this week when a New York City judge set a trial date of March 25, 2024. The date is in the heart of the 2024 primary season, coming just three weeks after Super Tuesday.

Daniels spoke about a change in the “tone” of the threats she gets today compared to when she first came forward.

“In 2018, when the story first broke about me, of course I was attacked. I was called a slut and a gold digger and all of these horrible things that I probably can’t say on TV, but you get the idea. But now they’ve become bold. And they’ve changed, their threats are more real.

“I’m the one that gets the messages from his supporters. I was the one whose horse was attacked a couple of weeks ago. I’m the one who gets dragged all the time.”

When she ignored a question from GMB cohost Susanna Reid on what happened to the horse, co-host Richard Madeley pressed a second time asking: “What happened to your horse?”

“Somebody attacked it,” she replied, without offering any details.

“Climbed my fence — Trump supporters,” Daniels added, again offering nothing to support the claim. “Just… they’ve gone after friends and family. Luckily I don’t have people that close to me… but there’s so many people who are intimidated.”

Daniels failed in her attempts to sue Trump for defamation and has reportedly been ordered to pay more than $600,000 for his legal fees and mentioned E. Jean Carroll in the GMB interview. Carroll accused Trump of raping her in a luxury department store dressing room in the spring of 1996 and was recently awarded $5 million for battery and defamation in a civil suit she brought against the former president who denied the allegations.

“I’m the one who gets dragged all the time,” she said. “Like E. Jean Carroll, for instance. I’m so thrilled for her. She won her defamation case but do you realize that the statements that she won her defamation case, verbatim, are the same things he said about me. Liar and con job, those are the exact words he used against me.”
