Transgenderism’s pervasiveness in the halls of academia and medical institutions was exposed yet again as an activist New York pediatrics professor promoted that transition “starts at birth or even before.”
Throughout the nation, state legislatures are working to protect the health and well-being of children from leftists determined to facilitate irreversible genital mutilations and chemical castrations. Meanwhile, activists are working within the system to influence the next generation of medical professionals to suit their own agenda.
A report from Fox News exposed one such individual working as a professor of pediatrics at the Albert Einstein College of Medicine and an attending physician at the Children’s Hospital at Montefiore in Bronx, New York.
A June 2021 video that had only been viewed dozens of times on YouTube showed Dr. Lauren T. Roth delving into her “favorite topic,” and explaining the influence that her own sister had on her view that education reforms need to take place to normalize “gender affirming care.”
“Like, this is a normal thing. And we have to understand that gender is on a spectrum. There’s not just men and women,” she told BronxNet host Sonyi Lopez. “Sometimes [a child’s gender identity] matches the chromosomes or the genitals that they were born with, but sometimes it doesn’t.”
Roth recounted how her sister believes she is a man and had reported this to her family while Roth was in her first year of residency and how “guilty” they had felt at not realizing it sooner.
The doctor’s ideology contended, “So it honestly starts at birth or even before.”
“I really think we need to try to stop making everything pink and blue, avoid these huge gender reveal parties,” she told Lopez.”You know, it’s okay to be excited when you find out that your baby’s a specific sex. You know, people have dreams about what they want their families to be, but it’s really important not to push all those expectations on your child.”
Her stance on the concept of the gender spectrum was backed by her assertion, “Toddlers start to notice physical differences and develop gender identity as early as 18 months to two years. They might begin talking about gender, playing dress up, having these established gender roles as early as age three or four.”
As Fox News went on to report, Roth is not only a pediatrician and professor, she is also the co-chair of the LGBTQ Health and Well-Being Special Interest Group of the Academic Pediatric Association, through which she is endeavoring to standardize training on the subject for future pediatricians.
Previously, it was reported that the co-director of Boston Children’s Hospital’s Center for Gender Surgery has espoused the same beliefs focused on grooming and was promoting increased capacities and training along with his shared view that children “seemingly from the womb” can know they are trans.

Fox News went on to indicate that Roth’s hospital provides pharmaceutical interventions, including gonadotropin-releasing hormone analogues (GnRHa), a type of puberty blocker for which use on children had been deemed “experimental” posing risk of permanent bone damage.
Even the president of the World Professional Association for Transgender Health, Dr. Marci Bowers, admitted that GnRHa’s can cause lasting harm when given to children, including an inability to experience sexual pleasure later in life.
“Every single child who was or adolescent who was truly blocked at Tanner Stage 2 (at the first signs of sexual development) has never experienced orgasm,” Bowers stated. “I mean, it’s really about zero.”
