Georgia teen in ICU after sadistic spring break ‘hazing’ was ‘tortured by same boys’ at least twice before

The horrifying story of a Georgia teen who ended up intubated in the ICU following a brutal spring break “hazing” at the hands of a sadistic group of fellow teenagers just keeps getting worse.

It turns out that Trent Lehrkamp, 19, was reportedly tortured by the same pack of thugs on at least two prior occasions.

Warning: This is a painfully graphic story.

As BizPac Review reported, Lehrkamp was taped to a chair, forced to guzzle vodka, and fed magic mushrooms. When he passed out, the twisted teens allegedly urinated and defecated on him before uploading photos and video clips of their work to Snapchat.

But even those didn’t quite capture the full depravity of the attack, which took place at a house on Saint Simon’s Island.

“They poured acid (in his) throat, peed on him. They forced a whole handle of Tito’s (vodka) down him,” Lehrkamp’s best friend Michael Sullins revealed on Monday. “When he got to the hospital he had a blood intoxication level of 4.7.”

Now in stable condition, Lehrkamp was placed on a ventilator when he was admitted to the ICU. His breathing had slowed to just six breaths a minute.

And according to the Daily Mail, this isn’t the first time the young man has been tortured by the teenagers.

In a police report obtained exclusively by the outlet, Trent’s father, Mark, 44, told the responding officer that this wasn’t the first time his son had returned injured from the Saint Simon’s house of horrors.

“He never returns home normal,” Mark told police.

“Trenton came home [from this address] covered in WD-40, vomit, paint, glue, egg yolk, and spray paint,” on Friday, March 17, he revealed.

“Mark stated that Trenton seemed high or drunk and two weeks prior Mark had to take Trenton to the emergency room because he came home with a severe laceration above his left eye that required stitches,” the report reads.

Mark told the authorities that Trent continues to go to the house because “he has no other friends” and believes the boys are his buddies.

“When Trenton is at [that] house, he is accepted and with people he thinks care for him,” the police report explains. “Mark also believes that since they are younger than Trenton, he might think they look up to him [and] would not fight or defend himself [because] they are minors and if he hurts them, he will get in serious trouble.”

On Wednesday, Glynn County Interim Police Chief O’Neal Jackson III announced to reporters that the minors seen in the Snapchat images — high school students at Glynn Academy High School, from which Trent recently graduated — had been identified.

More than 20 minors were either present or involved in the incident, Fox News reports.

“The citizens of Glynn County are mostly very good people, hardworking people,” Jackson said. “This is an isolated incident and don’t judge Glynn County by one group of juvenile teens.”

He read a statement from Trent’s parents, in which they asked for continued prayers for their son, who, while still in the hospital, has been removed from the ventilator and is now able to speak to the authorities.

“Trent is transitioning. He’s beginning the next step of his care, and we ask that you continue to pray for Trent,” his parents said.

“The family would like to state that they’re in full cooperation with this investigation and the efforts of all the law enforcement officers. They want justice for Trent,” Jackson added.

A GoFundMe has been set up to cover the costs of Trent’s medical and psychological needs, according to the Daily Mail. Additionally, the fund will help with any legal fees the family may incur, should they choose to take legal action.

Meanwhile, the Glynn County police department has been working with the FBI, the Georgia Bureau of Investigation, and the district attorney’s office.

According to Jackson, they are still unclear if there were any adults present at the home during the incidents. Nor do they know how the kids obtained the alcohol.

The Glynn County Police Department is asking anyone with information to contact them via phone or email: 912-264-1333 or [email protected]
