Far-left journo on the receiving end of woke Twitter mob for rejecting ‘birthing person’

If ever you’ve wondered how insulated leftist commentators keep themselves from the agendas that they peddle, Ana Kasparian of “The Young Turks” unapologetically stepped on an alphabet activist anthill this week and was quickly introduced to the consequences.

As with critical race theory, cancel culture and violent riots that swept the nation, corporate media progressives are keen to dismiss the observances of everyday Americans with carefully crafted language, willful ignorance and by pushing out voices that don’t resonate with their echo chamber.

Seemingly unprompted Wednesday, Kasparian strayed from those safeguards and found herself dangerously close to expressing a conservative viewpoint when she tweeted, “I’m a woman. Please don’t ever refer to me as a person with a uterus, birthing person, or person who menstruates. How do people not realize how degrading this is? You can support the transgender community without doing this sh*t.”

Warning: Language

Evidently, no one had told her how wholly you are expected to prostrate to the current thing and that there is no middle ground where zealots are concerned, especially trans ideologues, (just ask J.K. Rowling or Dave Chappelle), so naturally replies to Kasparian covered the full spectrum from attempting to “educate” her to hateful vitriol.

Seen nearly 27 million times and earning roughly 125,000 likes, Kasparian did attempt to engage in dialogue with some of the commentators. That included replying to Mike Figuerdo of “The Humanist Report” who had said, “I respect you a lot, but this notion that the mere existence of trans-inclusive terms (rarely used in casual convos) somehow degrades women comes right out of the right’s anti-trans ‘war on women’ playbook. There’s a reason why they’re praising you for this.”

To that, she ironically went on to use another term imposed by proponents of trans ideology and said, “Hey Mike, you’re [a] guy who has no clue what it’s like to have your reproductive freedom taken away. But consider what it’s like to have the same lawmakers who failed to protect our rights turn around and call us ‘people with uteruses.’ It’s not inclusive if cis women hate it.”

Meanwhile, as Kasparian struggled to have reasoned arguments with people only interested in fealty, outspoken conservative commentators who’ve already experienced being called every name in the book for holding an opinion based on undeniable facts, not feelings in need of affirming, sat back and reveled in the backlash that the progressive was experiencing.

Dr. Jordan Peterson, who was chased out of academia for refusing to bow to change his language, and by extension his thoughts, for the whims of another, pointedly said, “You are about to learn something,” while others like Buck Sexton wrote, “The comment thread below is hilarious, it’s like the cell doors of the lib lunatic asylum have been thrown open all at once.”
