Poop in the aisle near Hillary and Chelsea Clinton at Broadway show writes its own jokes

Hillary and Chelsea Clinton took in the Broadway show “Some Like It Hot” last week and someone reportedly decided to leave a steaming pile nearby.

That’s according to Page Six, which reported that “a turd appeared in the aisle” near the Clintons, who may or may not have been aware.

“Last week when Hillary and Chelsea Clinton were in the audience,” a source told Page Six. “The lights came up for intermission and there were two human turds in the aisle just near the famous political duo.”

“The house crew dealt with it very appropriately and quickly, and Hillary and Chelsea remained in the theater for the second act,” the source added.

As bad as that may have been, the article noted that there seems to be some question over whether there is a serial pooper on the loose.

“Page Six hears that a serial pooper has been stalking the halls of the legendary Schubert Theater,” the entertainment news and celebrity gossip outlet reported. “A source close to the show insists that it was a regrettable one-off incident. But another source tells us that the theater’s staff said that the s–t’s (almost) hit the fans at other performances as well.”

Somehow, it’s only fitting that the incident took place in New York City, a city many insist is in a state of decline due to poor management, and that it involved Hillary Clinton.

Either way, social media users had a crap-load of fun reacting to the story… here’s a quick sampling of responses from Twitter:
