Pamela Anderson says Tim Allen ‘has to deny’ flashing allegations because of the ‘times we’re in’

Pamela Anderson served up the latest installment of the Pamela Anderson-Tim Allen saga, saying the former “Home Improvement” star has to deny her allegation that he flashed her because of the times we are in — perhaps Anderson didn’t get the memo that as a result of the 2020 presidential election, the #MeToo movement is officially dead.

What’s at stake here, of course, are the sales of her new memoir “Love, Pamela,” in which the former “Baywatch” beauty claims Allen flashed his genitals to her more than 30 years ago on the “Home Improvement” set — Anderson played Lisa the Tool Girl in a total of 22 episodes in the show’s first and second seasons between 1991 and 1992, before embarking on a massively successful stint on “Baywatch.”

“He has to deny it because look at the times we’re in. If he said, ‘Oh yeah, I did that…’ he’d be — a lot of these stories are just the tip of the iceberg,” Anderson told ET Canada, her remarks beginning at the 12-minute mark of the video below:

Anderson repeated the claim in the interview even going so far as to mock Allen, who has vehemently denied that it ever happened.

“How could you make that up, right?” she said. “I mean, then he ran back into his [dressing] room and then he was embarrassed all day and acting like a little giddy schoolboy. You can’t make that stuff up.”

Allen told Variety in a statement, “No, it never happened. I would never do such a thing.”

The actor/comedian told the Daily Mail he was “disappointed” that she would make such a claim.

“She was a great co-worker, I’ll tell you that,” Allen said. “She’s a fun girl. Everybody loved her, but everybody at ABC is a little disappointed in her… memory, put it that way. All of us at Disney/ABC, really.”

The alleged incident occurred when she was 23 years old and Allen was 37.

“On the first day of filming, I walked out of my dressing room, and Tim was in the hallway in his robe. He opened his robe and flashed me quickly — completely naked underneath. He said it was only fair, because he had seen me naked. Now we’re even. I laughed uncomfortably,” read an excerpt in Anderson’s memoir.

Anderson had previously posed for Playboy magazine, which would have been the reference here if the incident did occur.
