“This country was built on slavery, which means slaves built this country.”
No, this isn’t a quote from Joy Reid or a bumper sticker at a BLM rally.
This is a cartoon.
A Disney+ cartoon.
And it is making a whole lot of people very angry.

It appears, with the latest episode of “The Proud Family: Louder and Prouder,” Disney slid right past “woke” and crashed headlong into revisionist history before spinning out in a puddle of propaganda.
The cartoon “featured children discovering that their town was founded by a slave owner and then concluding that Abraham Lincoln had no desire to end slavery,” reports The Jewish Voice.
Lyrics to the Beatnik-esque ditty include: “And we, the descendants of slaves in America, have earned reparations…and continue to earn reparations every moment we spend submerged in the systemic prejudice, racism, and white supremacy that America was founded with and still has not atoned for.”
According to the show’s website, it “follows the adventures and misadventures of newly 14-year-old Penny Proud and her Proud Family as they navigate modern life with hilarity and heart.”
Hilarity, heart, and an unhealthy dose of anti-white hatred.
According to the popular End Wokeness Twitter account, it is “blatant anti-white propaganda.”

In the episode, “Penny” not only learns the meaning of Juneteenth, she discovers a “terrifying truth” about her town: It was founded by a slave owner.
Penny, and compatriots discover Juneteenth’s history, when they unearth the terrifying truth that Smithsville’s founder was a slave owner.

In one scene, the kids are peacefully protesting when the cops in riot gear show up.
“Officers, please put these little kids in cuffs, y’all,” a basketball-spinning black man says. “Audience, no photos, please.”
“Stand your ground!” one of the children yells.
Asked End Wokeness, “Why are they showing this woke BLM propaganda to our kids?”

We don’t know the answer to that, but we do know that it’s propaganda The Walt Disney Company seems intent on pushing down people’s throats.
As BizPac Review recently reported, over on Hulu, another Disney-owned streaming service, you’ll find a six-part adaptation of Nikole Hannah-Jones’s “1619 Project,” which flat-out lies to its viewers about American history.

Produced by none other than Oprah Winfrey, the series bills itself as “the greatest story never told,” but is, in fact, the same — nearly word-for-word — racist reimaging of our history that is being pushed in “The Proud Family.”
That isn’t a coincidence. It’s an agenda.
One that Blaze TV host Glenn Beck thoroughly debunked using actual, period letters and historical documents from America’s past.

It’s race-baiting rhetoric that has people online calling, yet again, for a Disney boycott.
“This will continue until people start pushing back on it,” one Twitter user wrote. “Showing them with your wallet is what hurts them the most. Cancel the subs until anti-white propaganda is gone.”
“Disney + is very closed to being banned in my house,” stated another.
“Yet another reason to boycott Disney,” a third said.

The hashtag “#BoycottDisney” began trending on the social media platform.
Explaining her reason for boycotting the company, one user summed it up perfectly: “Disney is beaming pure ‘critical race theory’ into children’s TV programming.”
