‘This is weird’: White House releases self-promoting video of Biden and Harris having an awkward lunch chat

The White House released a video of President Joe Biden and Vice President Kamala Harris having lunch in a self-promoting effort to mark two years since they were sworn into office.

The infomercial features Biden and Harris sitting across from each other at a table in the White House, celebrating their so-called accomplishments over the past two years.

“I think we’re off to a pretty good start,” Biden proclaimed in the video.

“I think we’re off to a great start,” Harris replied, citing the “the resilience, the determination of the American people.”

Somewhat delusional, Biden chimed in to say, “Yeah, they stuck with us.”

“I wish people could see what I see sometimes,” Harris continued, before lavishing praise on Biden. “I’ve been in the Oval Office with you when the cameras are there and mostly when the cameras are not. And what you have singularly done, based on who you are — and I mean this in all sincerity — to bring together nations, allies in the world, and you bring folks together in a bipartisan way, uniquely.

“You have been an incredible leader these last year,” the vice president added as they proceed to detail what they have accomplished, including seating the first black woman, Justice Ketanji Brown Jackson, on the Supreme Court.

The Democratic duo conveniently ignored all the failures along the way, such as record high gas prices and 40-year high inflation — the discovery of at least four tranches of classified documents at Biden’s various properties and a former office didn’t make the cut either.

Claiming they have “momentum,” Biden concluded, “I feel good about where we are.”

Kyle Martinsen, deputy rapid response director for the Republican National Committee, chimed in with his take on the infomercial: “This is weird.”
